Step 1: Let's discuss what kind of properties you are looking for, what kind of return you are expecting and what kind of budget you are working with.
Step 2: Each morning I pull up every new listing to hit the MLS. I filter through the results and see if any of them have the possibility to meet your criteria.
Step 3: That same morning, I will schedule a showing and go visit these properties. My experience as a home inspector and termite inspector will clue me into any red flags during the walkthrough.
Step 4: I will call and present to you any properties that might be a good fit. If interested, I can create an offer and have it sent over right away.
